NPS had back to back win but it was halted by Indians in last match when India registered 86 runs victory. While Chasing the target of 305 runs they started well but they lacked middle order support, also they kept losing wickets regularly which forced them to small partnerships and in the end it target was too much for NPS.

Hilton Cartwright and Sam Heazlett played half-century knock but they failed to convert it into big inning. Bowlers were disappointing as they leaked too many runs which helped opposition pile up good total. They need to rectify and perform if they are looking to grab top spot in points table.

Meanwhile, Australia managed to win only one match and that came against India in their opening game. Thereafter, they have not been able to put up a great show in the middle. If they want to be in race for final then they need a win else chances will slim down as tournament will progress.

They were restricted to just 107 runs in 38th over by South Africa A in their last match. Kane Richardson was highest scorer 34 runs rest of the batsman didn’t managed score of above 20 runs. Six batsman including Chris Lynn and Marcus Stoinis got out in single digit with former scoring 5 runs while later went without adding any run.
