Since Jamaica Tallawahs and Guyana Amazon Warriors have qualified for the knockouts so fight is still on between St Lucia Zouks, Trinbago Knight Riders and Barbados Trident to fill remaining two vacant position. Barbados Tridents have only one game remaining which mean if they lose they are out from the competition and rest two will automatically qualify for qualifiers but if they win, they have to depend result of other games too i.e Knight Riders to lose their last game or St Lucia Zouks to lose both their remaining matches.

Guyana Amazon Warriors being one of qualified team will look to seal berth in top two and also spoil the party in Barbados Tridents camp. Despite losing influential skipper Martin Guptill midway through the tournament, the Warriors have managed to grind out wins.
Chris Lynn in particular has been the go-to man with the bat for the Warriors scoring 341 runs at good pace. They own their last match against Barbados Tridents by 6 wickets helped by brilliant inning from both Dwayne Smith (34-balls 50) and Nic Maddinson (41-balls 50) who together added 92 runs for first wicket.
