India vs New Zealand, 1st ODI

New Zealand gave Indians tough time in One-Day International series when they toured last time in India. Host started the series with win but visitors managed to pull second game by a narrow margin to level the series. Again game a piece for both teams took the series to decider which host won comfortably by 190 runs.

Tourist have more of less same bunch toured last year. We all know how destructing Martin Guptill can be at the top along with Colin Munro who is known for his hard hitting. Kane Williamson is rock-solid in the middle order who is known for his calculative move and play according to the situation.

Tom Latham will have to move down the order to strengthen middle order in absence of all-rounder Jimmy Neesham who has been regular member of the squad. Experience of Ross Taylor will be key is middle overs when spinners gets into business.

Trent Boult is expected to be threat for Indian batsman who is quick and deadly if he gets anything from surface. His new ball partner Tim Southee is no different who is accurate with his line and length much similar to what Bhuvneshwar Kumar does for India.

Meanwhile, India will be confident going into this series after successful triumph over Aussies. Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli has been pillar of top order batting while MSD and Kedar Jadhav have been regularly doing their jobs is middle order. It’ll be interesting to see who gets the No. 4 position because both Dinesh Karthik and Manish Pandey are available for selection.

Hardik Pandya has shown growth with each game. He is a great find that Indian were looking for year now. He can bowl fast and can score fast if needed.

Pace bowling will be led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar followed by Jusprit Bumrah. They have been in decent form recently and will be eyeing to continue their good work. Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal, two young spinner have never let Indian fans feel the absence of R Ashwin and R Jadeja because of their performance.

This game is going to be a treat to watch for cricket fans all over the world.
