West Indies v India 5th ODI – Fantasy Preview & Dream 11 team guide

West Indies set to take on India in fifth of five-match ODI series at Sabina Park, Kingston in Jamaica on Thursday (06 July, 2017). Host will look to level the series while visitors will look to bounce back and clinch this series 3-1.

West Indies:

Caribbeans put up a great show in last game to defend just 189 runs. Jason Holder, skipper himself rose up to the occasion to grab five-wicket haul. This spell ripped apart Indian batting and restricted strong batting line-up at 178 runs.

Expect West Indies not to change their winning combination that played in last game. Wicket-keeper batsman, Shai Hope has been fine form who is highest scorer for host.

Key Players: Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Jason Holder, Alzarri Joseph and Evin Lewis

X-Factor: Roston Chase who has been silent throughout the series is expected to fire in this crucial game.

India:

India faced a shocking loss when they failed to chase 189 runs. Only Ajinkya Rahane and MSD resisted to score 60 and 54 respectively. R Ashwin was replaced by R Jadeja who didn’t looked effective, wicket-less and could score only 11 runs.

What about Rishabh Pant? If he gets a game then only spot available is Dinesh Karthik. Also, Will that be fair to replace him on the basis of one match?. Answer may be yes, if we look at visitors position in this series who are aiming for series win.

There are few changes Indian team management can think upon. Is there possibility to bring back R Ashwin at Jadeja’s place because he took three wickets in third game. Bhuvneshwar Kumar who has been brilliant throughout the series was replaced by Mohammad Shami could be one more change.

Virat don’t like to many changes at once so expect India plays same team or just one change.

Key Players: Ajinkya Rahane, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (If he plays).

X-fator: Hardik Pandya, all-rounder is in good form. His ability to perform with bat and ball makes him valuable in crucial game like this.
